Why not bring a group to see a show, and before the show, during intermission, or after the show, treat your group to a private reception in our Boardroom. This totally private space will accommodate up to 34 guests.

The Boardroom is also an ideal location for your off-site meeting. It will accommodate 16 people, in meeting set-up.

For a larger group, the lobbies can be used for a reception after the show - the Main Lobby capacity is 250, Atrium Lobby, 350, and South Lobby, 100.

Several area companies have utilized The Centre for their annual meetings - Toyota, ManuLife, Schneiders, Mutual Life to name just a few. Rent the Theatre for your corporate announcements, then host your employees and guests to a reception. The Theatre seats just over 2,000.

For a very unique experience, The Centre's stage can be rented for your event. Dinner seating will accommodate 200, while up to 500 guests can attend a stand-up reception. The stage has been used by the Festival of Trees and Lights, the KW Symphony, and regularly for Heffner Lexus Toyota's new car announcement.

The Centre's Studio is also available for private functions. Table seating, or lecture seating can be set up - it's a great place for seminars, accommodating up to 200.
