You won't want to miss Centre In The Square's 2012 Travel Club Trip to Chicago, May 3rd-6th. We invite you to join The Centre's Board Chair, Tim Jackson, and Director of Development, Debbie Currie, and other members of The Centre's management team on this fun-filled 3 night/4 day weekend trip.
Few cities in the world can match the character and culture of Chicago. We will show you some of the best sights, tastes, sounds that the "Windy City" has to offer during a weekend that promises memorable experiences and behind the scenes opportunities that you simply can't do on your own. THURSDAY MAY 3rd
- Depart Toronto on Porter Airlines for Chicago (transportation to Toronto Island Airport will be arranged from Waterloo and is optional)
- Stay at the historic Chicago InterContinental Hotel located on the Magnificent Mile
- Architectural Boat Tour and Welcome Reception
- Optional Meet & Greet (location to be determined)
FRIDAY MAY 4th
- Taste Chicago! Food & Culture Walking Lunch Tour
- Evening performance of the Broadway musical hit JERSEY BOYS followed by a “Talk Back” session
SATURDAY MAY 5th
- Free time to explore the shops on Magnificent Mile, take in a Cubs game at Wrigley Field, see the exquisite Claude Monet Water Lilies at the Art Institute, discover Navy Pier
- Optional Meet & Greet (location to be determined)
SUNDAY MAY 6th
- Tour of Chicago’s newest gem, Millennium Park
- Return flight to Toronto
